Shipping and Delivery policy

    We normally dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products worldwide using our logistic partners DHL, Blue Dart, and Speed Post, and domestic delivery using established local couriers depending on the destination. Depending on the customer's geographic location, it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer's door.

    The shipping times mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate, and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, if the product has to be tailored to meet the customer's requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 15 days to 20 days, depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.

    We only ship to Indian subcontinent (as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partner)

    Default shipping is via Delivery Logistics. To ship via logistics of your choice, please contact our support team.

    Orders are dispatched on Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Orders placed after 4.00 PM will be shipped on next working day

    In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 15 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 15 days will be entertained.

    Some products may have special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place order.

    The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the software adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.

    Volumetric price will be applied when shipment weight is less but the size is big. (Example a cotton pillow may weight less, it occupies more space in the container)

    Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving correct address.

Domestic Orders:

    The following conditions are applicable for shipping within India.

    No free shipping is allowed unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.

    Shipping charges, as applicable, will be displayed on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of order placement.

    Delivery Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) during Business Days, i.e., Monday to Friday only,

    We appreciate our customers buying during holidays and make every effort to ship the goods during holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.

    Express shipping charges would be additional, and free shipping would not be applicable to express shipping requests.

    Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery to avoid delays.

International Orders:

    The following conditions are applicable for shipping International Orders.

    As applicable, shipping charges are additional for international orders and shall differ from country to country and service providers.

    We will choose reputed Shipping Service providers and courier companies such as DHL / FedEx / TNT / DTDC / ICL / First Flight / Professional Couriers, etc. We have special arrangements with a few providers to give our esteemed customers the best shipping price.

    International Shipping charges are actual charges collected by the 3rd Party.

    Express shipping charges would be additional, and free shipping would not be applicable to express shipping requests.

Mandatory Requirements for Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details, which should include the Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, postal code, and any landmarks, as well as Telephone numbers with alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

    PFPL (PRIME FOLIOS PVT LTD) will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or mistakes by the shipping service provider.

    PFPL shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

    At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company will contact you to arrange for re-delivery, or you can pick it up from their office. If you have provided the office address, due to security reasons, products might get delivered to the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.

    We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies when delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is unavailable at delivery.

    Customs Duty: For international deliveries, please note that the courier company will bill the customer for any customs or duties as applicable to the ordered items separately at the time of delivery, depending on the country's rules and regulations. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product. Please note that duties and taxes, if any, are to be borne by the customer only.
